Aldi is a German brand that boasts over 10,000 stores in 20 countries and is famed for its wide-ranging discounted products. Since beginning in 1946, Aldi has gained a proud and staunch following of individuals and families alike that enjoy low-costs and high-quality.

The partnership

We developed some great looking ties that allowed them to recognise staff who’d been with them for 1, 5, 10, 20 years and more! Since then, we’ve enjoyed a close working relationship, even developing tie pins and sleeves as a reward for long-servicing members of staff, this was no easy task for us to achieve. So how did we do it?

The uniqueness of Keltic Ties’ services

There’s a very simple reason that Aldi has stuck with us throughout all of these years, ordering an incredible number of over 35,000 ties since 2016 alone! This is because we provide the supermarket chain with a complete and affordable package. Each tie was individually presented in a classy sleeve and came with a tie slide, making each hardworking individuals feel valued for their services. Not only this but rather than hidden fees and a confusing order system, we offered Aldi one inclusive price for the whole package, which included the tie, slide and presentation box.

Thinking ahead

Our dedicated team is customer-focused, so we always think ahead. We make each order in bulk and then separate and package the ties in accordance with what each store requires. As well as this, we also keep an extra amount of small stock in case of any urgent orders, which could then be shipped out the very same day or the next day.

This dedication to serving clients with the utmost efficiency not only improves clientele satisfaction but also strengthens the relationship – meaning a win for both sides! We’re certainly happy with this arrangement!
