City of Norwich Pipe Band

The superb ties you supplied to us are part of our pipe band’s day wear uniform. We are absolutely delighted with them and they add a splash of colour replacing a rather drab dark red/brown tie which we were never happy with. 

The ties represent our strong connection with the Armed Forces in their colour. Several of us are ex forces and we undertake many military based events ranging from the Colchester Military Tournament to Remembrance Day parades. In particular the blue colour and stripes signify our long connection with RAF Coltishall, sadly now closed, where we played at many events and had the honour of leading the last personnel out of the main gates on the day the station closed in 2006.  

Thank you once again for the excellent ties, we will be very happy to recommend Keltic ties to anyone else.
